This Privacy Policy explains how Kaiser Invest Oy / Jorma Johnson (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Manners! (“Game”).
Information we collect
We aim to minimize data collection. We do not directly request or collect identifying information such as your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location unless you contact us.
The Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to measure installations and understand general use of the Game. Firebase may automatically collect and process:
- An app-instance identifier
- Apple’s Identifier for Vendor (IDFV)
- App version and installation or update information
- Device model, operating-system version, language, and screen information
- Approximate geographic region derived from technical information such as an IP address
- Session starts, session duration, and engagement time
- Screen views where automatically detected
- In-app purchase metadata, including product identifier, currency, quantity, and value
- Advertising campaign and installation-attribution information
We have not configured Firebase to collect scores, gameplay moves, selected characters, level progression, or other custom gameplay events.
The Game does not currently use Firebase Crashlytics or Google AdMob and does not display third-party advertisements.
How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Measure installations
- Understand aggregate usage and engagement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
- Maintain and improve the Game
- Identify technical problems and prevent misuse
- Understand purchase activity without receiving payment details
We do not use Firebase Analytics to identify players by name.
Where European data-protection law applies, this processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, marketing, and improving the Game, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Google Analytics for Firebase
Google Analytics for Firebase is provided by Google. Google processes Analytics information to provide measurement and reporting services and may process information outside Finland or the European Economic Area.
Where required, international transfers are protected through applicable legal safeguards.

In-app purchases
In-app purchases are processed by the platform through which you obtained the Game:
- Apple processes purchases made through the Apple App Store.
- Google processes purchases made through Google Play.
We do not receive or store payment-card numbers, banking information, Apple ID credentials, or Google Account payment credentials.
We, Apple, Google Play, and our analytics providers may receive limited purchase information, such as the purchased product, transaction status, currency, quantity, and transaction value, for fulfilling purchases, restoring purchases, preventing fraud, analytics, accounting, and business reporting.

Advertising and attribution
The Game does not currently display third-party advertisements.
We may advertise the Game through external services such as Google Ads. Firebase may be used to measure whether an advertising campaign resulted in an installation or another permitted conversion event.
The Game does not currently request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework and is not configured to access Apple’s advertising identifier, IDFA.
If we introduce in-game advertising, personalized advertising, or additional tracking in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain any permission required by applicable law.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with:
- Google, as the provider of Firebase Analytics, Google Play, and advertising-measurement services
- Apple, as the provider of the App Store and Apple in-app purchase services
- Technical service providers acting on our behalf
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
Service providers may process information only for relevant operational purposes and subject to applicable contractual and legal protections.
Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for analytics, security, legal, accounting, and operational purposes.
Firebase Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics property. Aggregated reports may remain available after event-level or user-level information has expired.
Messages sent directly to us may be retained for as long as necessary to respond and maintain appropriate records.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly ask children to provide names, email addresses, contact details, or other directly identifying information through the Game. Firebase may process pseudonymous technical and usage information as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
European privacy rights
If European data-protection law applies, you may have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of personal data
- Request restriction of processing
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Request data portability where applicable
- Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority
In Finland, complaints may be submitted to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
Analytics information is generally associated with a pseudonymous app-instance identifier rather than a name or email address. We may need information from the relevant device to identify data connected to a request.
California privacy rights
California residents may have the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Request access to specific personal information
- Request correction or deletion
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable
- Exercise their privacy rights without discriminatory treatment
We do not sell personal information. We do not currently use information collected through the Game for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Do Not Track
Some browsers and devices provide “Do Not Track” signals. There is no universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, and the Game does not currently respond to them automatically.
Privacy controls may also be available through your device, Apple account, or relevant service-provider settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, our service providers, or applicable legal requirements change.
The updated policy will include a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice before materially different processing begins.
